I love when the SEPHORA VIB Sale comes around. Even if I don’t intend on shopping the sale, I love seeing everyone’s favorites, roundup, and recommendations. It inspires me to look into new products, allows me to discover new favorites, and encourages me to shop my own collection. Last week, I spoke about a few of my hero products I was planning on repurchasing during the sale, as well as a few wishlist items. Today, I am going to offer a few of my spring beauty favorites.

Spring Beauty Favorites | SEPHORA VIB Sale Recommendations
Makeup
I haven’t been buying a ton of new makeup lately (& new products have been from the drugstore recently.) So some of these have been mentioned in past SEPHORA VIB Sale recommendations. However, these are the products I have been reaching for in the past few weeks and plan on keep in my everyday makeup bag as spring beauty favorites.
Face
BareMinerals Gen Nude Blonzer*: One of my most loved spring beauty favorites are these blushes, but I’ve talked about them because they were limited edition. I’m so happy BareMinerals is bringing these blushes back as part of their permanent line, so it’s #1 on my recommendations list. The formula is so smooth on the skin. And the finish gives the cheeks this fresh, glowy appearance. I have Kiss of Copper* (a bronzey copper) and Kiss of Pink* (my favorite spring time blush.) I did a full review of these here.
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Liquid Highlighter Wand in Pinkgasm*: At the time I am typing this, this is FINALLY back in stock! It’s one of my favorite blushes of all time and has been out of stock for ages. It’s a liquid highlight formula, so it’s incredibly reflective and glowy. But the pinkgasm shade is pigmented enough it works as blush, and it is beautiful. It adds a freshness and life to my cheek that is always a spring favorite. I might have to buy a backup in case it goes out of stock like that again!
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray*: I’ve spoken about this plenty. It’s magic with a spray nozzle. A few spritzes of this meshes all of the makeup on your face together, leaving you with a bright and airbrushed looking complexion.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Powder*: Another spring beauty favorite from Charlotte Tilbury is her pressed Airbrush Flawless Setting Powder. I don’t always powder my face, but some complexion formulas require it or I like to set concealer over blemishes if they’re along my jaw or another area I might touch throughout the day. And I love this powder for it.
It feels lightweight on the skin, which is great for spring and summer. It also glides over the skin without making any area look cakey and really does leave the skin with a subtle airbrushed finish. The products in her airbrush line are magical; I can’t explain it.
Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer*: Generally I love an ultra-glowy finish on my skin, but sometimes I do want a natural finish that is really unsuspecting. That’s when I grab for this concealer. It’s a matte finish but in a very natural, skin-like way. I love this as a spot concealer; it’s almost undetectable on the face and lightweight. It’s a total spring beauty favorite for me.
Kosas Revealer Concealer*: I don’t shut up about this one. This concealer is my all-time favorite undereye concealer. It lifts the hollows of my undereyes to make the area look even and smooth and eliminates any darkness.
Eyes
Pat McGrath Mothership IX – Heutopian Dream*: I need to post a full review and swatch post on this palette, but it’s so hard to capture the beauty of the shades in a photo. If you want to save any money on an eye palette during the SEPHORA VIB Sale, I always recommend Pat McGrath. Her mattes aren’t what she’s known for, but they are buttery, smooth, easy to blend, and some of my favorites. But the metallics and special topper shades make these pricey palettes so worth it.
I recommend Heutopian Dream* as one of my spring beauty favorites because of the pinks and purples. It’s fresh and fun, and I have loved playing with this palette since I’ve gotten it.
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Eyeliner*: I’ve spoken about this one before, so we’ll keep it short. It’s a berry brown shade in the ever-loved Pillow Talk line within Charlotte Tilbury’s collection. The shade is so flattering on an array on eye colors and makes them all pop. The formula is also nice, gliding/smudging easily across the lid and waterlines, and it lasts.
Lips
Gucci Lipsticks*: I left this open, because I love all of the Gucci lipstick formulas and recommend all of them. I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed with any selection. The matte formula* is incredibly comfortable. They have a satin* formula and a glossy* formula that are beautiful. The sheer* and balm* formulas are a dream. And they just released a new liquid matte formula* I might pick up soon for testing purposes.
As far as shades go, they have so many amazing options. The reds range from bright and vibrant to deep and moody (& all are beautiful.) One of my favorite things about the Gucci lip products is so many of them have a touch of coolness that make them really edgy and sexy in an almost unexpected way. And it’s refreshing to see shade selections that don’t look identical to every other lip line.
Merit Shade Slick Lip Oils*: Another major spring beauty favorite is the lip oils from Merit. I did a whole brand review when the brand first launched, and these were a fast favorite. Au Natural* is my most worn and is a peachy nude. They’re comfortable on the lip and add a delicious shine while adding the perfect wash of color.
SEPHORA Collection Cream Lip Stain*: I’ve refrained from wearing bright bright lipstick for the past few years, because of masks. But I have been craving a bright lip lately, and it’s one of my spring beauty favorites – just bright lips in general. I love these cream lip stains from SEPHORA. They last all day on the lips and don’t move, which is great for bright colors. And the formula, though matte and liquid, doesn’t leave my lips feeling dry. They’re great. (& 30% off of an already low price tag during the sale!)
My favorite shades are: Chili Pepper*, Rose Redux*, Rosewood*, French Lover*, Watermelon Slice*
Tower 28 Milky Lipglosses*: I’ve been obsessed with these glosses since I got them. They’re so hydrating and repairing on the lip (almost like skincare.) They feel lightweight on the lip and don’t get goopy or icky throughout the day. And the glasslike shine is die for.
The original shine versions of these glosses are good, but I prefer the milky formula. It just offers a little more opacity, and I can swipe them on alone with a full face of makeup and nothing looks unfinished.
My favorite shade is Cashew*.
Makeup Forever Artist Pencils*: My favorite lip liners lately and a spring beauty favorite for sure. I love a lip liner in a pencil format that isn’t too dry but isn’t too creamy. I find these to be my Goldilocks formula. They’re creamy enough to spread across my lip without major tugging and feel comfortable. But they’re dry enough that they last.
My favorite shades are: Completely Sepia*, Anywhere Caffeine*, Endless Cacoa*.
Fenty Gloss Bomb in Universal*: I’ve been reaching for this so much in the past few weeks. It’s another gloss formula that makes my lips feel healthy and happy as well as adds a beautiful color and glasslike shine. The Gloss Bomb makes my lips look full and plump, and the universal shade is perfect to wear with full glam or a bare face.
Skincare
Light Hearted SPF 30 Daily Sunscreen*: I received this in an Allure Beauty Box a few months ago, and I’ve been using it for the past few weeks and really enjoy it. It’s an extremely lightweight, oil-free SPF that’s a hybrid of chemical and mineral filters. Chemical SPF generally irritates my eyes, but I’ve noticed any irritation with this one. And mineral SPFs can leave a white cast, but I don’t notice that with this one.
It’s incredibly hydrating and comfortable on the skin as well. If you have oily skin, you very well may not even need a moisturizer with this one. Turmeric extract also helps reduce the appearance of redness, and I’ve noticed it almost blurs as well. AND it plays well under makeup.
Guerlain Abeille Royale Advanced Youth Watery Oil*: One of the best discoveries I made in skincare over the past year was this oil from Guerlain. It’s a lightweight, multi-tasking, watery oil that helps plump, smooth, and boost skin’s radiance while softening the look of lines and wrinkles.
Not only is the packaging gorgeous and makes for a very luxury experience, the formula itself is a sensory experience as well. And you can also rest assured your formula is sustainably sourced as well.
This is an oil I think even oily skin would appreciate. It really does give the moisture from an oil but feels like water on the skin. My skin instantly looks brighter and smoother with consistent use.
REN Evercalm Overnight Recovery Balm*: I love a good sleeping mask. I love I can pop one on before bed and wake up with hydrated, plump, and happy skin. This overnight balm from REN is formulated with omegas and fatty acids to help calm and soothe the skin overnight. A little goes a long way, and, again, oily girls and gals might like this as well as rice starch helps absorb oil and minimize the appearance of pores.
Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base*: Another oldie but goodie is the Face Base from Bobbi Brown. It hydrating enough to use on its own as a moisturizer, but I typically use it as a hydrating makeup primer. And the delicate citrus scent is so pleasing.
Bath & Body
Prima Bath Gems Bath Soak*: I always throw a few of these into my cart during the SEPHORA VIB Sale. Toss one of these in the tub, and your skin will be left so moisturized and soft. Plus the cooling property makes for the most relaxing bath ever.
Necessaire The Body Wash*: I have been traveling quite a bit, and when I travel, I like to bring the body care products that make me feel luxe and at home. So I always pack The Body Wash* from Necessaire. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry and smells amazing, like eucalyptus and sandalwood. And the added benefit of niacinamide helps with breakouts and redness on my shoulders.
Necessaire The Body Lotion*: The Body Lotion* from the brand is also great and I love popping it in my travel bag. It’s incredibly moisturizing and doesn’t leave any oily residue behind.
Tools
Rare Beauty Liquid Touch Foundation* and Concealer Brush*: I could add a few favorite tools, but these two brushes from Rare Beauty have been some of my favorites lately. They’re designed to mimic fingertips and make application of product look natural and seamless. And they truly are great brushes.
Fragrance
I’m bad at explaining scents, so I’m just going to copy the notes from the website here.
Jo Malone Nashi Blossom*: Pristine white blossoms signal soon-to-become succulent nashi fruit. This radiant scent is bright with mouth-watering lemon complemented by a crisp bite of apple. Rose adds a sumptuous texture to the floral heart, cushioned with white musk for a playful, efflorescent fragrance.
- Fragrance Family: Floral
- Scent Type: Fruity Floral
- Key Notes: Lemon, Nashi Blossom, White Musk
Maison Margiela ‘REPLICA’ By the Fireplace*: This warm scent combines orange flower, clove oil, and chestnut atop a comforting vanilla fragrance to re-create the signature warmth and coziness of a crackling fire.
- Fragrance Family: Warm & Spicy
- Scent Type: Warm & Sweet Gourmands
- Key Notes: Clove Oil, Chestnut Accord, Vanilla Accord
Aerin Mediterranean Blossom*: Take a sensory vacation to the sunny Mediterranean with this fresh, floral, citrus perfume, which features notes of grapefruit, honeysuckle, and gardenia. Be transported to a dreamy location where the sun, sea, citrus trees, and August heat fill your heart and make you smile with delight.
- Fragrance Family: Florals
- Scent Type: Fruity Florals
- Key Notes: Italian Bergamot, Honeysuckle, Grapefruit
And those are a few of my spring beauty favorites I’d recommend if you were looking to pick up something new in the SEPHORA VIB Sale. What are some products you love for spring and summer?
