Well, folks…it’s about time for another Sephora VIB Sale! I had my previous holiday wish list and holiday anti-haul pre-scheduled. Otherwise, I’d have saved them for this sale! In addition to some of the holiday beauty launches I want and don’t want, I wanted to show you what I’m actually going to pick up in this Sephora Holiday Bonus Event.
I’m running low on a lot, so I was planning on doing a restock or try something new for a lot of aspects of my skincare routine anyway. But now I get a little money off (;

What’s In My Sephora Cart:
Beauty Blender Cleanser Solid Pro
The first thing on my list for the Sephora VIB sale was another Beauty Blender solid brush cleanser. It’s my favorite brush cleaner, but I go through them so quickly! This time around, I think I’m going to spring for the pro version, mainly because it’s bigger than the original.
The Pro version is infused with charcoal and scented with lavender. I don’t know what that’s going to be like, but I’m willing to try.
The original cleanser retails for $16, and you get 1 oz. With the pro size, you pay $45 for 5.3 oz. If you don’t have a lot of brushes or aren’t cleaning them often (I mean you should be…), you can probably get away with the smaller size without any problem. But I fly through those small sizes, and the pro gives me 1 oz. at half the cost when you do the math.
As for quality, I feel this gets my brushes clean while keeping them soft and in good shape.

Farmacy Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm
I mentioned in my holiday wish list that I was eyeing the Farmacy Sweet Greens set which included the cleansing balm, a mask, and a moisturizer, I think. But I decided to just go for the cleansing balm by itself.
The Cleansing Balm retails for $34, and the Sweet Greens set retails for $44. I know it’s only $10 more dollars, but I just don’t want to spend that $10 for two mini size products. I’ve used both of them in the past, and I do enjoy them. However, I plan on purchasing a lot of other skincare in this sale, so I don’t feel like I’m missing out by not buying the set.
I will say, though, I still think it’s a great set and would make a great gift for someone else or yourself.

Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder
I’m trying really hard to remove physical exfoliates from my routine. For my skin, I find they often cause more harm than good. I’ve used the Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder before, and I really enjoy it for exfoliating.
What starts out as a fine powder turns into a creamy foam that leaves your skin smooth and polished. It’s not abrasive and doesn’t irritate my skin.
I definitely wanted to pick this up during the VIB Sale, because it’s a bit pricey at $65. But it lasts 5ever, so that’s a plus.

The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density
I’m still trying to figure out my hair situation, but I stumbled across this and was intrigued. This is a concentrated serum that’s supposed to help hair look thicker, denser, and healthier overall. It’s also supposed to help with a dry and flaky scalp — aka: me.
First Aid Beauty Fablantis
This set from First Aid Beauty is honestly just too good of a deal to pass up! 5 FULL SIZED products for $49? It’s a $112 value!
I talked about wanting this in my wish list post, and I have to do it. I’m almost out of moisturizer and cleanser. And I just finished up my morning serum and AM lip balm. So it’s kind of perfect timing.

Olaplex Holiday Hair Fix Set
The next few sets, I won’t talk too much about because I spoke about them in detail in one of my last posts.
I really love the No. 3 Hair Protector from Olaplex, and I’ve noticed a difference since I haven’t been using it lately. It strengthens my hair, and in the fight against thinning, it just makes me feel better.
The kit includes a full size of the No. 3 product alongside the shampoo, conditioner, and a leave in treatment that I’ve also been eyeing.

Fresh Unmask the Magic Gift Set
Since going off The Pill, my skin is freaking the f*ck out. Some parts of my cycle leave my skin acne prone and ridiculous, and others leave it dry and irritated. I thought this mask set would be a good thing to get so I can cater to my skin needs at different times of my cycle.

Bite Beauty Creamy Color 4-Piece Mini Amuse Bouche Supercharged Lipstick Set
Red is still my favorite lip shade. It makes me feel sexy and bad ass and confident. But I have really been into nudes recently. What I like about this set is the muted, wearable tones. And I already know I love the Amuse Bouche formula.

Are you planning on picking anything up from this Sephora VIB Sale? I’ve linked a couple of past recommendation posts below, because I still recommend these products.
I do think it’s important to say I was already planning on buying these items. The Sephora VIB Sale was really just a bonus. Don’t feel like you have to shop just because there is a sale!
